I cannot close the ads

We are happy to announce that the issue with not being able to close an Ad after watching it should be fixed! Please restart your device if the issue persists and make sure you have the latest game app version installed.

Ads continue to not close. This kind of looks like itās by design, and the only way to close the ad and get your reward is to download the advertised game. Since that isnāt going to happen every time, Iāve found a workaround. If you report the ad (by tapping the tiny hand holding a checkmark shield), it will close the ad. Plus, I think most will agree ads that only close if you download software should be reported.
I have loosed the all coins because of the ads blocking, I am in last stage one candy need to be cleared so I watched ads but got stocked, I am uninstalling your game.
More than being a scam @Jksgan I just thing that for a business as established as King it is just embarrassing that they they can't fix the adverts after years of having the same issue
I am on ios and nothing works. It's becoming a scam, makes us watch the ads and then we have to exit without the reward
I have this particular ad fail -- I close the ad, and the next screen is a glitch/freeze -- i cannot accept the reward, or go to the next ad. It only happens on this particular ad. I'm on an iphone, game and phone are updated.
Same thing is happening to me! I am not receiving ANY rewards period!
Now youāve fixed the issue. But I lost all my collected rewards in my profile!!!! I lost all the lives my friends given me too. What is going on? Please give me all my rewards & lives back to my profile. Wasted all my time playing this game for so longā¦..š
I have not done anything but all is working as usual now - maybe King solved the problem?
I found a way.. likely the apple update caused it. Regardless.. my gameplay is back to normal.
My adds are working correctly now - all the not working adds have vanished - I hope the problem is solved now.
I need to add that sometimes the ads are starting on their own, without me clicking on them. After the ad finishes you canāt get out of it without rebooting so you lose that life and canāt finish the round.
Same problem here. Seems Temu ads are big problem! Have to reboot every game and getting no rewards for watching ad

Just happened this morning. The ads are available, I watch them, try to close when they are done and nothing happens. Frozen screen. No reward. Frustrating.
If you update Facebook, change your profile, reinstall the Facebook app or even update its app software, those Facebook notifications may get lost, as they've been delivered and cleared from the queue.Ā While it is possible to store in-game messages from your friends, due to these factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee that they will remain on your device indefinitely.
Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device.
