The option to watch ad videos in the game had some issues and the issue was already reported. The game studio is also working to fix the issue and hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.

Hi there. It's like that for every player now, the game has gone portrait only to prioritise mobile phone users. I am afraid they have no intention of changing it back and there is nothing you can do. Check out the thread at the top of this page (Why can't I play in landscape mode any more) . We are heading towards 3000 complaints and nobody is listening. It's futile.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the feedback. Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode (this is how the game would look like when playing on a phone). This change is also effective on Windows. Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.

I stopped playing as it is too small to enjoy. I have checked back, but still portrait mode. I was used to playing when I got home from work, but hopefully the habit will be gone in a few weeks. Any other game suggestions?

Are the moderators obligated to post that ridiculous and redundant corporate babble telling us we have to play in portrait mode?! I’m sooooo tired of seeing the same rhetoric!

Feedback - es macht keinen Spaß mehr, so zu spielen... Um überhaupt etwas zu sehen, muss ich am PC-Bildschirm zoomen - das bedeutet, ich sehe nicht mehr das vollständige Bild und muss ständig scrollen, um bestimmte Dingen anzuklicken. Es wäre gut, wenn das wieder geändert würde.

Unfortunately, the game will no longer support landscape mode. If the portrait mode is hindering you from accessing certain features, can you share screenshot so we can have a look and and also confirm which device you are playing on?
