This is a first off me seeing that pop up you mentioned, but I guess that make sense didn't know that was a thing. Thanks for the feedback.

It is because you have reached the limit on the number of lives you can collect from your friends! That is why, the check boxes are greed out!
The timer you see there… you will have to wait till you can collect more lives.
After you have collected all 20 lives today, you must have seen this pop-up in your game
And, until that timer clears out, you will not be able to select any check boxes
I am guessing that the timer has ended and you are able to collect the lives again, isn't it?😊

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
