Cannot access my lives

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the Lives in your game!!

Can you please post a screenshot of the Lives and Envelope for us to check?

It is because you have reached the limit on the number of lives you can collect from your friends! That is why, the check boxes are greed out!

The timer you see there… you will have to wait till you can collect more lives.

After you have collected all 20 lives today, you must have seen this pop-up in your game

And, until that timer clears out, you will not be able to select any check boxes

I am guessing that the timer has ended and you are able to collect the lives again, isn't it?😊
