Sometimes, it takes a while for the pop-up to update due to various glitches!! May be that's what happening in your game too!!
Please give it a couple of days and see if you see any improvement. If you didn't, please come back and let us know!

Hi sorry my reply was misleading I did start at zero on Monday morning and when I played later that day 1 saw 8 levels completed. That did not change when I subsequently won more levels. I have been playing for years so am aware that the week starts from zero on Mondays. Usually the King team can look at the play history and correct any errors. I am hoping they can look into this too. Thanks again

We have passed on your feedback but they have advise to wait until the next week's race starts and see if the issue persists as they believe it's a glitch that should should get solved on it's own.
You mentioned that Player Support has been able to assist in the past. They have more resources that we have here in the community and are better equipped to help out so if the issue persists, I would reach out to them via the game app so they can have a closer look.
