I have completed the first 5 levels of adventure path , unable to go back to actual candy crush map , My boosters got wasted the same 5th level.is repeatedly coming again and again pls resolve this

Can you explain why you were not able to go back to the game map? Was your screen frozen?
Which device are you using? Can you please post a screenshot of your Adventure Path?

It got resolved.....I closed the game for few minutes then opened it again

Everytime I load the game,it takes me to the Adventure Path screen, saying I've completed 40 out of 40, but nothing hoppens when I press Receive. Also, I received the reward some days ago, but I've kept getting this notification. However, now I cant't get past it. I've tried closing all apps and shutting phone off and on a few times, but that hasn't helped.

Is this still persisting? Which device are you playing on, Apple or Android?
Can you check if there is any available updates for the game? If not, can you grab a screenshot of the pop up and share it here so we can check this with the studio?

I have the same problem here since today. Stuck on this screen. Samsung S20+, Android machine
Ps: last update installed today, still stuck...
Thank you for looking into this. The issues still persists, it's an Android Phone, and there are no available updates.
