Hi every time I try to get extra moves a black screen appears have to delete and start again very annoying.

We wanted to apologies for any inconvenience you might be experiencing while watching Ads. We totally understand that this hiccup is causing a bit of trouble, and please know that we're fully engaged in getting it all sorted out for you!
It's a bit of a puzzle that's taking us a tad longer to crack than we hoped, but we're determined to find the perfect fit.
In the meantime, we didn't want to keep you in the dark. We're actively working on fixing the issue as we speak! While we work our magic behind the scenes, here's a little tip we've picked up along the way.
Some players have found that restarting their devices has been quite helpful. It might not be a golden ticket for everyone, but it's definitely worth a shot!

Lots of reports about this issue. They might get it fixed on Monday. It's clearly a glitch at their end, which you can't do anything about. Just be patient and don't use the ads feature for now.
Just don't watch ad or stop play this game for a while. Reading this error happened before and again and again, there is no fix. Why bother to ask again.
It's 2024 and I see this issue has been happening for years now. Incredibly frustrating. Every ad is a black screen and I have to close the app and lose lives and progress. I've checked device storage and it's fine. Restarted my Samsung s21 multiple times. Grrrrr

They were working on the issue! But, as you see, it kept coming back in one or the other Ad! The complaints stopped after September 13th! It means that the Black Screen issue was resolved then, isn't it?
With regards to the issue in your game -- are you experiencing the Black screen in all the Ads or just one particular Ad? If it is just one particular Ad, do you know which Ad it might be (sometimes, the brand name would appear first, then the screen goes black)! If you can give me as many details as possible, I will be able to report it to our Community In-chargešļø
I also need to know which device you are using and the App version you have right now.

You would think King would monitor this forum and see how players feel about this ongoing issue. Perhaps they donāt care when free players like myself complain,

The black screen of death is back. It stopās progress and I have to exit and get back in every time. It was corrected last week. Is it possible to correct it again? No fun.

This is happening again, August 2023. Closed app and restart-shut down iPad and restart, neither worked. Please address this. FYI, this seems to happen to me at least once a month. Is it after updates? Please address and fix. Thank you!
FYI, no theyāre not! After playing for 8 years and reaching level 12046, and after 9 e-mail exchanges with player support to no avail, the final advice to me was uninstall the app and reinstall risking everything Iāve earned to this point.
so disappointed. Am ready to delete the game because issue is not addressed and takes enjoyment out of the game.
