The black screen of death is back. It stop’s progress and I have to exit and get back in every time. It was corrected last week. Is it possible to correct it again? No fun.

This is occurring every time I play this game. I have to exit the black screen and reopen the game. This seems to have been going on for years, without a fix. What is going on King?

You would think King would monitor this forum and see how players feel about this ongoing issue. Perhaps they don’t care when free players like myself complain,

They were working on the issue! But, as you see, it kept coming back in one or the other Ad! The complaints stopped after September 13th! It means that the Black Screen issue was resolved then, isn't it?
With regards to the issue in your game -- are you experiencing the Black screen in all the Ads or just one particular Ad? If it is just one particular Ad, do you know which Ad it might be (sometimes, the brand name would appear first, then the screen goes black)! If you can give me as many details as possible, I will be able to report it to our Community In-charge👍️
I also need to know which device you are using and the App version you have right now.

It's 2024 and I see this issue has been happening for years now. Incredibly frustrating. Every ad is a black screen and I have to close the app and lose lives and progress. I've checked device storage and it's fine. Restarted my Samsung s21 multiple times. Grrrrr

Just don't watch ad or stop play this game for a while. Reading this error happened before and again and again, there is no fix. Why bother to ask again.
