My game is still no loading on my pc. Looks like it's loading, but then comes up as non responsive.
Tried to get help before.
Your loss King, I spend money on this game and now I can't play.
Can't play it on my phone, too small.

I am just a player like you. I help out our co-players from my experiences... at least half of the issues players post here are familiar to me! So, I do know the "what"! But, I do not know the "why" & "how" answersπ
The Orange screen you are experiencing right now - I too had it few months ago, and it took more than 2 months for the game to work again on my Edge browser.
Can you try something for me? Open the game in "Incognito" window/"guest" window. See if that works or not!

I am glad that the game is working on Incognito Mode!
If that is the case, then the issue is not with the game, but the browser. If you have updated the browser & cleared the cookies, there is nothing else you can do!
You just keep checking the browser every now and then and see if the game works again!

I don't remember asking you last time... are you seeing a loading Orange screen OR a sad face with message saying "game not available" (or something like that)?
Yes the orange screen comes up that says itβs loading, the line gets to 100% and after a minute or so it says the page is not responding, exit or wait.

If it is the sad face with "game not available" message, then it is the issue from Facebook. But, the Orange screen - it could be an issue on King servers or the browser we are using!!
** When there is issue on King side, many (or all) players will be experiencing the glitch. And also the game does not work on any platform - browsers or Windows 10/11 or mobile devices!
Will you be able to check for any of these remedies?

I play 4 other king games which are all working fine. Why would it be the browser for just candy crush?

Good morning, sorry for not replying earlier. Been reluctant to try anything new.
I tried today to play incognito, and it worked!!
