Looks like there is a glitch in the game!! I have seen couple of complaints with this glitch, and there is nothing you can do to get out of it!!
Only Candy Team can check what's going on and fix it from their side. But, all the Kingsters are on break due to Holidays!! Hence, you will have to wait till the New Year's!
You can try --> Log out of the game -- close the App --- turn off the Wi-Fi -- shut down your device and turn it back on after 5 minutes -- turn on the WiFi -- reopen the App and log back in.
If that doesn't work, I would say leave it like that!! Please come back on January 2nd and remind me, so that I can report to our Community In-charge!!

I'm playing on a Samsung S21 5G.
I was on 8826 when this all started. The other screenshot is where it currently has leaped to. I have tried a bunch of fixes. Logging out, uninstalling the game, shutting my phone off. Restarting it multiple times with no effect. Here is my ID: 12411241288.

Looking at the screenshot, it seems that level 8901 is missing starts so it has not been passed yet and the game needs you to pass it!
You mentioned that you have played level 8901 but did you pass it?
