No internet connection in Candy Crush Saga after installing Candy Crush Friends

after installing Candy Crush Friends I am not able to connect with Candy Crush Saga to the king server. Now I am playing the level 3949 and I have no idea how to save it. Candy Crash Friends is working fine. Could be possible to have 2 accounts with the same email address? Any idea?

Hi @Marian, have you checked to make sure that your router is working properly? It should be if you can play one of the games. Where are you playing the game - mobile or computer? If it's computer, is it with a browser or Windows 10? I'll give you some troubleshooting below to try.

If you are playing the game through the Kingdom then your progress is saved. Where does it show no connection? Is it when trying to log into the Kingdom or Facebook?0

Yes. My icon is empty, but if I look to my profile, it seems that I am connected. Trying to log off, I get an unknown error. After that I have to log on and when I enter the password I get no internet connection.0

Are you trying to connect to Facebook? I know that there is a problem that some players are having when trying to connect to Facebook. I stopped playing through Facebook because of all the glitches. I think Friends you can only play through Facebook but Saga you have the option of choosing Facebook or the Kingdom. I only play through the Kingdom.0

thank you very much for trying to help me. No, I am not using Facebook, I only play through the Kingdom. It must be something wrong with my account. When installing Friends I changed my password and at the same time I was logged in into Saga with the old one. I think this is my problem and only an admin can help me. No idea how I can contact one of them.0 -
Thanks a lot for your effort. During the last hour I solved my problem. I deleted Candy Crush on all my devices under the risc that the progress will go lost. After that I did shut them down to get the memory free. After that I reinstalled Candy Crush and I could log in. The progress was there. Nothing lost. The problem was the changed password in Friends, which did not match with the saved credentials in Candy Crush.2
