Fix level 559 to drop ingredients!

This level is not dropping the ingredients AT ALL! Even when clearing the board. Not getting any of the ingredients tired of wasting specials where nothing is working.

Hi all,

I just got word that level 559 has now been fixed. Our Community Manager @Cezdiamond just notified me here are her exact words:

“Hey Everyone! This should be fixed now, once you collect the first two cherries you will then see the rest :-) “

I’d like you to please try troubleshooting now. First please clear out the history on your game. Then please follow any of the links below to do some troubleshooting. Even though it’s been updated on their end, you still have to troubleshoot with the browsers and/or devices to clear out the old so that you can bring in the new. Also Please make sure that you have the latest version of the game.

Until they get fixed you can play on PC or Facebook and pass this level (no issues there) then continue on your other device once this level is completed there.

I restart app sometimes, but never changed.

This is true. I have played this level before and the fruits did show up. The last three times I attempted it though no fruit fell. I restarted the game by quitting the app but to no resolve. I have made a screen recording for proof. Please contact with a solution or advise when the bug will be resolved.

I think you are talking about a different game as this one does not have ingredients. You can select the correct game by clicking the Games/Home tab in the top left corner.

Level 9292 is not working
I have been on level 9292 for 3 weeks now!!! Why is it not giving me a chance to win without buying lives???? I play this game every day and I am no longer having any fun. Please help.
