Hello @suuhmuniz please do not delete your game. There is no need and you will lose all of your saved boosters and lives.

The issue with level 1881 and 1882 should now have been fixed and all you have to do is update your app.

The level starts with a tutorial and three sets of yellow candies that have bombs with only 2 moves left. I can’t use any of the boosters, and whether I switch the candies with the tutorial or skip it and switch them, I always lose and the bomb goes off. Please help, because this feels like a glitch or a ploy to get me to spend money as I can’t see any other way.

Additionally as far as I know no one at King works over the weekend, so we won't get an update or resolution until at least Monday

I have the same problem. It doesn’t matter how many times you try it only lets you do the tutorial moves and you lose on the 3rd move. No other options. I’d post screen record but I don’t think I can.

You must have received an automated email after you sent your complaint, right? Please send a reply through that (first) automated email and explain about the issue. Since the investigation is already started, that's what they might update you with.

I’m facing this as well, lost all my big 6-day play power ups, tons of progress on challenge extras (season pass, daily treat machine is gone and obviously downgrading in absence, Sam’s streak, candy boxes, etc.).
Really really frustrating!😭 Uninstalling/deleting the app does nothing. Reached out to customer service and didn’t hear back, but got a request for customer service experience feedback.

I got a reply saying there was ne issue. I had to use the gold bar credit to buy lollipop hammers to destroy the bombs with the 1 count. Not overly happy with that as I still lost all my streaks!! There definitely is an issue with this!!

Thank you for the information @pretzle and I have got to say I am appalled by the response you have received from Player Support. Their response would seem to indicate they have no idea about your problem and haven't looked at the level. I say this because their answer to you mentions Cake Bombs and marmalade and level 1882 has neither Cake Bombs nor marmalade.

I would recommend replying to their answer pointing out that their response doesn't match your problem or the level you have queried.

Hello @pretzle. I agree that the reply you received is incorrect and refers to the previous level 1882. It is good that they refunded you some gold, but it has not acknowledged the level is faulty. Reply to the email with your screenshot!
