I am guessing that you are having this issue in Candy Crush Saga, right? We have received few more complaints about this issue and I have reported about it.
With regards to Customer Care โ you must be talking about the email you have received with certain steps and tips to follow, isn't it? If so, that is a norm and all players receive that automated email after sending complaint.
Please send a reply to that automated email and explain the issue. If you have any screenshots, please send those also. An agent should be contacting you within 72 hours (max).
If they still did not contact you, but sent a "how did we do" email, please send another reply through that email also and inform them that you are still waiting for assistance.
