normally i must have more than 9, i had just earned 25 bars but i don't get them and i don't know it

And you are trying to use the 9 Gold Bars you have left to buy extra moves? The cost for extra moves is 10 Gold Bars, can you confirm how many Gold bars your game is asking for extra moves?

Hmm, if you're being asked to purchase Gold Bars then you might not have a enough for the purchase you want to make.
How many Gold Bars do you currently have and what is it that you are trying to use it for? Is it to buy extra moves or a specific booster?

In these cases, you might want to try updating your browser or perhaps try a different one if you have access to it. If you use Chrome, try Edge or Vice versa.
You can also try clearing the browser cache as there might be a bug causing issues when trying to use your Gold Bars.
How do I empty my browser cache?In Chrome
By the way, what happens when you try to use Gold Bars? Do you get any error message or does the game get stuck in loading?

I need to know these details too… do you remember from how many races did you not receive the Gold Bars? Did you happen to take & save any screenshots of you winning the Race?
Did you ever try to contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint about your missing reward?

Are you not receiving the Gold bars you win in your game OR did you lose the Gold bars that you have saved up?

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
