no. I tried several times. When game opens up it is at level 216.
Hi @dwf and sorry to hear you're having issues synching your devices!
It looks like the game app on your new iPad might have a bug that is causing you to reply some levels that is missing stars.
This won't get resolved until the game app is delete as well as clearing the Safari Cache and if you also have Facebook installed on your iPad, you also have to reinstall the game app.
Please do the following:
1.Delete the game app
2. Delete Facebook app if you have it installed
3. Clear Safari Cache - Here’s how you can delete the Safari cache on your iPad:
4. Restart the iPad
Once all of this is done, install the game app again and connect it your Facebook account and use the same email address you are using on your old device which has your correct progress already so it can sync.

Ok! Do not play anymore levels. I will report to the Community In-charge on Monday, so that they can take a look at the issue from their side. Usually, the players that had this issue had to play 4 or 5 missing levels and then, they were all set! But, it doesn't look like that is the case in your game!!
Until the glitch is fixed, please keep playing the game only on your phone. Do not use your iPad except to collect the Daily boosters.
To report the issue, I will need your game ID number. You can find it through —> This Link (click on the Green letters).
it did nothing because I was past level. I’m trying to pass 502. If I log out it takes me back to level 381

At level 412 it will only let me do 1 at a time
playing the first 2 levels in each set has gotten me to level 396. Do I need just keep playing like this until I reach level that matches my phone.

You do not need to go back to that webpage, as I found what I needed to see in the screenshot⬇️
This image is from your iPad, right? If you notice, there are no stars on both 201 and 202 levels. Because of that, the game is thinking that you have not played those levels.
All you have to do is replay both these levels and win them. Once you finish the goals, do not click on "Skip"! Because, for some players, that is causing another glitch! Wait till the score board comes up with the stars. Then, play level 202 and do the same.
Then, the game will take you to next batch of levels where there are no stars. Please try that and let me know how it goes.

Will I be able to solve this without paying.
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
