I get the spinning wheel to connect to store. I've rebooted, forced stop, signed out. Can't spend any money! Help

Still having this problem. First appeared to not connect to the App store on June 6 and still have no connection on June 11.
Have tried restarting device and it did not help. I reinstalled the app and it worked for awhile but it did not last long!
After I downloaded the update from a few days ago, it worked. But today it is not working. Same issue.
I have tried everything To try to connect to the store turn it off turning it on installing uninstalling it just will not work when are you gonna get this issue fixed
I am using an Amazon Tablet version 1.278.1.1 Hope you can help!

The issue with the connection to Store on Fire Tablet was reported last week and is being investigated by the game team.
We do not have an ETA on the fix yet! But, please keep an eye on our main thread for latest updates, where we are compiling all the complaints —> Amazon device not connecting to Store

I I am having trouble Connecting to the app store on my fire tablet This is a new tablet I have installed and uninstalled candy crush several times when I closed the app It will not let me connect to the app store l uninstall Clear everything then it works until I close candy crush and it does not work This is been a problem for almost 2 weeks when will it be fixed I cannot keep Installing and uninstall this all the time I lose ever Thank you

This is very frustrating.
Happened to me before. Their comment was basically “oh well” start collecting again. After all these years they should be able to fix that very big issue.
I have not been able to use my gold bars or get into the store for days. I have a felling they will make me reset the game and lose my bars and other collected items.
Hello support. Try this! My Kindle fire said that Candy Crush was last updated May 22. I held my finger on the picture of Candy Crush on the left hand side and it took me to the update screen. I hit update and once finished installing, hit open and played a game. When I lost, it gave me the option to keep on playing. Seems to me that the last update did not work.
Try this! Go to the app store on your Kindle Fire and click on updates. Mine said that Candy Crush was last updated May 22. When I lost, it gave me the options to keep on playing!!! Hopefully it will continue to work.

Yeppers. I uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. Lost all my lives, boosters, etc. Not happy!

I reinstalled the app on my tablet. It connected to the app store but then lost connectivity while I was playing. At the time it was loading up my events which I lost when I reinstalled so I suspect that this is where the problem is. I hope this helps you isolate the problem. It's getting very frustrating!!

Hi. That did not work for me, and money was taken from my checking account.
Still not fixed on June 13. Can't open App store, use gold bars, or get extra boosters with gold bars. Using Kindle fire 10 and have restarted multiple times and cleared the cache twice. Seems to me that they must be losing money with this problem.

yesterday all was good, today, the problem with accessing the app store has returned on all four of my Amazon Fire tablets. I have restarted the Fire, force stopped the app and cleared the cache.
Actually it worked as of twenty minutes ago.
It's not Kindle. I can't connect to the store on 2 ipads and 1 android tablet. Tried restarting, still get the spinning wheel. Candy crush connection is down is down EVERYWHERE ACROSS ALL DEVICES.
Same issue on 2 ipads and 2 identical android tablets. It's not US. IT'S YOU, KING. And while I am here, why can't we all play the same game on all types of devices? Why do different devices and different OS have to have different events and features??? It's annoying! Why have the stupid test groups? Why can't King just let us all play the same game regardless of the device? It's ridiculous. The amount of money thru make off us... Now their connection doesn't even work and people are losing even more money. It's ridiculous. My mom has boycotted and stopped spending a single cent in her game. She can be stuck on 1 level for 4 days and will not buy a single booster. That's how mad she has gotten at all of King's crap and I agree. Fix your connection issues at least, King!
