I am back on line with Candy Crush, BUT, IT HAS ME AT LEVEL 3000 something.
I am at level 10,080. I received a notification for 48 hours free play and 145 bars. Pressed it, didn’t get anything!I have tried EVERYTHING you suggested. Still not right! Please get me back to where I should be and reinstate my bonus please. Thank you0 -

I'm sorry to hear you still have issues but just to confirm, are you having issues connecting to the store and being able to use your Gold Bars?
If yes, do you happen to get any error message that you can share with us?
The issue we had with the downtime has been resolved and we are able to connect to the store from various device but I have forward your device details to see if there is anything else that might be causing you issues 🤔

There are no error messages or something else. Just infinite loading cycle if trying to access the store (for using gold bars i.e.). Like on these screenshots:
