I can’t connect my game to App Store

At end of game it comes up contacting app store so I cannot continue. also I cannot buy from the shop

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
But, you are not alone! There are many other players that are experiencing the same issue since past week! We have been compiling all the complaints in our main thread —> Error in Contacting Store — Under Investigation (please click on the Green letters to check others' complaints).
The Candy Studio is investigating this issue! But, we do not have any update yet! But, please do not reinstall your game as it will not resolve the issue!

Yes. I’ve had the same problem for the last 4-5 days. Can’t even save progress or log in as it says I have no internet/wifi. It’s ridiculous and needs sorting asap.
I have also lost 30 gold bars because of the app freezing and not connecting to the App Store.

Hi - I have money on my playstore account but it won't let me purchase from the shop. It says error on your part. Due to connection issues we couldn't verify your purchase.
