I have also lost 30 gold bars because of the app freezing and not connecting to the App Store.
Yes. I’ve had the same problem for the last 4-5 days. Can’t even save progress or log in as it says I have no internet/wifi.
It’s ridiculous and needs sorting asap.
Is there any update on this issue

Me too. Android. Restarted, reinstalled. Actually PUT ME BACK 1 LEVEL. Now I can't even get ads for boosts or lives

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
But, you are not alone! There are many other players that are experiencing the same issue since past week! We have been compiling all the complaints in our main thread —> Error in Contacting Store — Under Investigation (please click on the Green letters to check others' complaints).
The Candy Studio is investigating this issue! But, we do not have any update yet! But, please do not reinstall your game as it will not resolve the issue!
