If so, there is nothing you can do to resolve the issue but, wait till the Candy Team fix the glitch. For updates, please keep an eye on the main thread where we are compiling all the complaints —> Error in connecting to the Store.

Im having the same problem. Ive been stuck on 15379 for about a week. I’m sure Ive played the level close to 1000 times. Still not even close. I can’t connect to the store to buy a fiesta booster. There is no hope on this level without boosters.
I have not been able to connect to the app store for about a week on the PC Windows 11 or on Kindle Fire HD 10 Generation 13. I will not play new levels unless I have gold bars available and can't access them with this bad connection. My devices are connected to the internet and I have cleared the cache and restarted.
It's been a few weeks. When will this be fixed?

Hi. I too am having the same problems as everyone else. The front screen with the map on is blank and doesn’t show any other players. I get no adverts (which isn’t a bad thing) but also means I get no boosters or bonuses at the beginning or end of each game. As mentioned, I get no option to watch adverts at the end of each game and get extra goes, etc.
I am out of boosters and I’m unable to purchase any more with my gold bars. I am unable to ask friends for extra lives. Nor can I give lives to any friends that request them.
I am unable to save my game as it says I am not connected to Wi-Fi which obviously I am. I have tried connecting to a different Wi-Fi and using data but this makes no difference. I have tried all the suggestions from the moderators and as you can guess, none of them work. I have reported this to the support team direct with no feedback or help. And I have put the issues on a number of the Community groups. But no one can help. It’s just full of people experiencing the same issues.
@Tranterbleu Yes I saw and read that article. It appears that many many people are experiencing the same issues. Yet as much as I contact the King Support Team and list the issues on the Community Chat, no one seems to be able to come up with a solution. So now we have lots of disgruntled players venting their frustration with no feedback or resolve.

Please check your latest version of your game and device software update
Try following steps if your internet connection good, check YouTube video if internet works properly
Logout device, switch off atleast 2 mins, login if don't work, mail player support area contact us

There are a few key reasons why Candy Crush might be having a tough time connecting to the App Store. It could be something as simple as a poor network connection or as complex as an outdated app version.
Make sure your device is connected to the internet. Make sure that your game app is updated to latest version.
Check if you have latest system updates on your device.Try different connection wifi or mobile data . Logout and login back into your play store account
Start by checking device system status, then check for internet connectivity issues, VPNs interfering, time and date settings, DNS errors, outdated software, or network settings. You might also want to try restarting your device and signing out of the App Store.
If no other devices can access the internet, turn off your Wi-Fi router, then turn it on again to reset it.

Yes. Boosters are stored in your local app cache and will be gone if you remove/reinstall the game.
Dear Candy Crush.
We have all tried clearing the cache, turning Wi-Fi off/on, using a different Wi-Fi connection, using data connection, updating the game, check the device settings……. But to no avail. There are just more and more people reporting the same issues of no boosters pre/post game. Unable to use boosters. Unable to buy boosters. Unable to give lives to friends. The list goes on.
Would you do the decent thing and get regular updates on here. As it feels like we are all just being ignored.

Been having the same problem for a week now. So guess what I can't play the game as almost every level requires me to use gold bars or boosters and I can't access them. It is so frustrating. Please fix this soon!

Have been getting the same message for awhile. Since I don’t want to risk losing my episode win streak, I will only play old levels to earn boosters until this problem is fixed. It’s gotten very boring. Please fix this.
Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.

I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
