Not getting sugar drop prizes. The machine shows up and shows I won a prize but nothing drops

I have been playing the sugar track and it has been accumulating the candies but that is all it does. They never result in rewards, they just keep adding up. This is the first time I’ve had this problem. Everything is connected properly, not sure what to do to make it work at this point.

I am experiencing the same issue. I play the sugar track and get rewards until I reach 180 candies. Then nothing happens. No final reward and no countdown until you can play the track again. I am currently stuck with 177/60 candies. I have tried clearing my cache, restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the game and nothing. Customer service said to check the FAQ page and the community boards. Well I did and still no answers. This is very frustrating.

the sugar drop keeps collecting candy but no prize is given. It went past 60 and continued collecting at150. I checked my sweet supplies inventory and prizes weren’t added. I noticed others had the same issue on past discussions. I am using iOS but it was doing the same thing on my laptop.

This morning I opened "space race" and when I closed it, I got the sugar drop rewards and it reset to zero. Who knows why this happened? I got the sugar drop again and everything worked fine till I hit 180. Then it did not reward or set back to 0. I played one more game, got more sugar drops and then it rewarded and reset. Seems to be erratic. Good luck that something magic happens to you.
