I was connected to FB but not seeing my friends anymore, my profile picture. Kept getting notice that I need to reconnect to FB. Everytime I tried, I got this message. So I figured maybe I should sign out and sign back in. Well... That backfired
I've done all the steps, removing the game, removing the Facebook app, clearing cache, device is up to date (Motorola with Android 12). I just get this notification
I have a king account as well but my progress with FB is waaaayy more. I'd like to keep playing where I'm at but impossible to connect.

The best option for you is to contact King Player Support team and seek their assistance, as they have resources to check what's going on and help you out.

The initial response you will be receiving from King would be an automated response with some troubleshooting steps (for general issues)! Send a reply through that automated email itself and provide as many details as you can. An agent should contact you within 72 hours.
Sometimes (depending on how busy they are), it might take a little longer! Please don't give up and keep sending a reminder email to them every other day - until you hear back from them.

NOTE: Sometimes, the ? icon in Settings window doesn't respond! If that happens to you, please close the App - clear the App from recently used Apps β restart the device and try again.

I am sure that the Player Support team will help with resolving the issue! But, only thing is we just have to be very patient as they are always busy and they will be asking for various details, which is a constant back & forth communication!
