Hi Team, I have 6 pre game automatic rocket boosters, which are stopping the chocolate growing. This makes the game unplayable. Please advise if I can disable this feature as I am unable to progress further.

no idea what’s going on now. The rockets disappeared and I’ve just started the game again and they’re back. This is driving me crazy!!
Update: rockets disappeared when I logged out and in again. I’m now past this level. 😁

Reply to their email, again with the screenshots, and tell them the problem has not been fixed. That used to work for me a year ago, but I'm not sure if that still helps now. In the past I have gotten lucky with them by keeping to reply to their emails.
yes tried Player support and sent them all my screenshots. They’ve now asked me to fill in a questionnaire on ‘how did they do’ when they haven’t fixed the issue. I need to reach out to fellow players as I suspect this will only get fixed if more people are having the same issue.
Have you tried to contact Player Support? I think that must be your best chance of getting this fixed now. Contact them via the app using Settings, then the ? icon and scroll through the questions until you see "contact us" at the bottom. Or maybe if you let us know your player ID @FluffyDinosaur can help you out?
this is my current situation. 1st rocket blasts chocolate and 2nd destroys keys. I’m left with 4 rockets which only enhance the rest of the game but render it unplayable. Update hasn’t worked
hi, I’ve just got an update in the App Store and it hasn’t fixed the problem. I still have the rockets. I’ve logged out, restarted, everything without success.
I’ve replayed and replayed and replayed until I’ve used all my lives. The rockets keep refreshing.
hi, I’m now on holiday in Greece so can only use the App! I’ve just logged out of the App and logged back in and I still have the rockets.

@6735CATH On the screenshots it looks like you get 6 rockets? Have you tried replaying the level until all of those are used up? Maybe then there will be no more rockets and you will be able to move on.

You might have noticed that @akcc has mentioned above that the level in their game is fixed. And, another player also posted —> HERE, that after updating the game, their level is also fixed!
Let's try few things please! I see from one of your above comments that you are playing the game on iPhone and Asus Laptop! Did you try on your phone or the laptop?
On laptop, are you playing on Facebook browser or the App version on Windows 10/11?
If Facebook browser, can you please try this —> Log out from Facebook — Close the browser(s) and shutdown the laptop — restart it after 2tot minutes, and reopen the browser tab and log back into Facebook — open the game and check your level.
Even the App version, please do the same —> Log out of the game — close the App — restart the laptop and reopen the App - log back in!
Please let me know!
hi, I’ve also checked the App Store for updates and there aren’t any.
Any updates please as I still have rockets despite a player saying it’s fixed. The level is not yet fixed.

Usually, when a glitch is fixed, game team sends in an update towards us! Can you please check the App Store for any available updates?
If you do see one, please install the update and your level should be cleared from the glitch!

Hello @6735CATH Unfortunately the person who answered you post is not from King, despite their name, and their advise is often misleading.
Let me try to help you. I am also not from King, but an experienced player.
I am very surprised that given that you have the bubblegum version of this level you also have to collect chocolate. Unfortunately I do not know how these rockets work since I have never seen them in my game, they seem to be some kind of test feature.
I see your screenshot now. Oh! That does look to me like your game is glitched and the level has morphed: This is a problem as the order is for the bubblegum version plus the normal version. This level cannot be passed in this form and I am afraid your game is broken. Firstly do try to close the app, make sure you are playing the latest update, so update your game and update your phone. Then reopen the app and see if it still looks like that. Please let us know if that fixes the problem for you. If it does not we can alert the community manager to look into this. Let us know which device you are playing and what your player ID is please.

Impossible to play because after the first move, the rocket destroys the chocolates
I also have the same issue. I play on my PC and on my Samsung Note20U. On both devices the level is flawed.
@FluffyDinosaur We have a problem!
There seems to be a morphed version of level 10,565 in which players get the normal gameboard but the order for the Volcanic Panic event as well as the order for the normal level. This makes their level impossible get past via any means. Please could you alert the team and advise how these players might proceed. Thanks.
Hi, I tried reloading etc without success. Playing on an Iphone 15 and Asus Laptop. Both have the same issue. My player ID is 6735CATH.
@PummyRaj have you read these posts about this issue?
I think this must affect only a very small proportion of players: Those with the Volcanic Panic event plus the added Rockets who also reach this particular level. I only know one player in this community who ever mentioned the rockets and I do not get them myself, although I do get the Volcanic Panic event. However those few players will be completely stuck at that level so this does need to be escalated with some urgency: Any level that cannot be passed even by paying gold or playing boosters will completely ruin the game until fixed!
To anyone here with this problem I would also suggest you contact Player Support via the App. Click on the ? icon and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. Then post your complaint. You will get an automated email at first and if you don't hear from a support staff soon after that reply to that email posting your screenshot of the starting board. Support might be able to change the level over for you.
Anyone reading this and actually passing once those rockets ran out please let us know as well. Although the screenshots would suggest that this is not possible to pass at all since the order display asks for bubblegum which is not present on this level I suspect that this is only a graphics issue and any player might pass with 65 toffee swirls, just as shown in the video posted by Kiara. I hope the rockets do run out?

I am sorry to know that the “new” version of Volcanic Panic is creating a glitch in your level # 10565!
I too think that the Studio forgot to modify this level according to “volcanic panic”! Unfortunately, Player Support team cannot help to modify the level but only can record the issue in the system.
I will report it to our Community In-charge right away!
