I'm unable to see the season pass on my phone. I still have 8 lives, but the other rewards and the season pass tab are not appearing. I tried resetting the app, but that didn't help. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
I season pass. And now I am not able to access it. It just went away and I have not All of my rewards. Disappointed 😞

It sounds like you are referring to the Season Pass. I have asked about this here and am waiting for some guidance from the community manager.
Hello @QueenB Please could we please clarify what anyone who purchased the gold pass should do. Should they wait for the Season Pass to return, will Player Support give them all the missing rewards if they contact them, or should they ask for a refund from their payment agents?
Apparently the season pass has an issue this week and I think it has been withdrawn from all of out games to get fixed. Please could you contact Player Support via Settings in your game (the small pink cogwheel at the top of your map screen) to report the error and ask for the boosters and lives that you paid for to be added to your game. In Settings choose the ? option and then scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom.
Hello @zonahsu Yes there have been several reports of this. Apparently the studio is aware of this error and it has been reported. I would like to suggest that you contact Player Support via Settings in the app to report this. As they are aware of the problem and they have access to your purchase history they ought to be able to send you all the boosters you are missing, one would hope. Use Settings in the game so they automatically know your player ID. I paid for the series where you get 8 lives and other prizes as you go up in levels. I have 8 lives for another 4 days but don’t get any of the other prizes? The link to the event is not in my game.
I bought the golden ticket to season pass, but the whole season pass event is gone after I bought it. Does this happen to anyone as well ?

I contacted player support as I too lost the season pass although I was playing the standard game not the upgraded version. I have now been credited with 25 gold bars so thank you player support for your help.

Contacting Player support is a joke, since they just reply with a generic message and refer us back to the community managers
Sorry about this confusion but that is what I was I told yesterday by the Community Manager to advise everyone to do! Yesterday we were advised to contact Player Support about this, but the advice has now changed. QueenB has just posted about it. Check her reply here:

how exactly will we be compensated? And when will this be fixed? This is actually the first time I bought the advanced feature early in the week just because I wanted the 8 lives vs usual 5 lives as soon as possible. Very upsetting to spend the money and have this happen

hi I purchased the season pass earlier this week. I still have the 8 lives but I no longer have the other boosters , such as the 30 min unlimited lives or the piñata thing . This isn’t right as I a paid for it . Can this get fixed or I can get credited ?

How long before you restore the Season Pass. Very unfair that people paid for this and unable to use. I’m expecting a refund if this isn’t fixed.
