Yes I just got the Gold Pass rewards I hadn’t claimed last week. No compensation though.

This is ridiculous. I paid for the gold pass which I would easily have completed. No rewards for the final level because you messed it up. No compensation

OK I will state this politely. Costs have going up, some as much as 25% increase; the "pay to win" algorithm as taken away the fun; if you cannot win a game unless you pay, everything the game should be, fun and relaxing is gone. Season's Pass crashed; disappeared and many of us STILL had levels we had paid for gone. Where is the compensation? I had the highest level, 30 min, 2 cones, 1 lollpop hammer left. I paid for them. But never got to use them. So I am asking politely: WHERE IS THE COMPENSATION???

I unlocked the feature last time and didnt use all my available prizes before the game disappeared. I don’t see any of the ones I didn’t use given back to me. I don’t have any of the prizes. Shouldn’t I just get this season pass for free this time? It seems very rude to give me back something piecemeal when you guys are the ones that messed up.
my season pass end of season rewards popped up this morning. HOWEVER, the free hour of play did NOT. Any way that I can get that back???
I’ve asked and no response.
I’d like my season pass activated for free since I didn’t use it all when I paid for it last and didn’t get anything back. This is theft

while I appreciate the apologies, there is no “purchases and gold bars” option when going to settings and then clicking ?. See attached. Really??? Please provide the proper “route” to contacting King. 🤦♀️
