Why am I not getting daily booster when I spin the wheel?

For about a week now, when I spin the wheel, it doesn't actually give me the prize?

Hi @Jamellica, we can get your progress back up to level 1965! First you have to get your user ID # by following the steps on here:

They can manually go into your account and get your progress back up! For the topic choose "Problems with my game" and for subtopic choose "Game didn't save". You can do the same thing for your husband so that you have the option where to play.

I'm not blaming you, just trying to figure out what to do. Why don't they just change King to HTML5 or whatever it is? I can play on Facebook. But I'm level 1188 there. I'm level 1965 on King.com, and my husband has almost no levels on Facebook so he won't want to switch.

They are not supporting Flash which is what you use to play on King.com. They may have fixed that but it’s not a top priority to search for solutions on these new issues that are surfacing. These are not my words. They are coming from King and I am just repeating what I was told.

That is what its there for,if you want the gold bars you have to pay and to be honest I suppose king have to make mondy from somewhere I find going back to early levels to collect candy drops helps as you can earn boosters that way

Here I want to know that the gold bars I earned in game ,I can't use cz I have to purchase piggy bank Nd then I can use the bars, so plz remove this restriction Nd make the game friendly.

Yes you are making perfect sense! Can you see the "C" on some of the levels for the Sugar Drop challenge? Some players said that it disappeared and it might have been because of king.com.

Yes I have it all fixed now and got my old account up and running, I cannot believe how thick I am playing this for ages on the old board and not realising that the new version was available via edge...Thank you for your time.

@Lesley_Maxwell-2, you have the option of using Edge, Firefox and Opera to play the game with HTML5 coding. No you will not have to start all over again. Your progress has been saved through king.com. What you would need to do is to get your user ID # by following the steps on here:

Sorry me again I have installed it and its took me to the beggining, I don't want to go through facebook as I already play on facebook,but wanted to play via the king site so i can have to shots if you see what I mean,will it let me retrive my old account or will i have to start from scratch

Ah I see don't understand why all of a sudden I don't get the wheel spin even though I can spin it and get a prize but doesn't come up....Are you not better of shutting down the king site if candy crush stops at a certain level then?

Plus my browser isn't old its up to date ive tried google chrome my default and even windows 10 internet explorer,and ive checked that its html5 ready...its so bizzarre lol

Currently you playing game from king.com so there is old board. from long time there no new update, and level stopped at 2825. you can't got any special event's from here. play through Facebook platform for special rewards & benefit.
You can play candy crush saga from here.

Yes I could still get the daily wheel spin plus I could go and play previous levels and collect sugar drops on the old board,this has just happened in the last week, I am not at level 2825 I am only on level 1460...by the way the daily wheel spin is at the bottom left of the old board and can click from there, I play on facebook also but its seperate from the king site

The games on king.com are Flash related but 2 years ago the studio switched to HTML5 so Candy Crush Saga is not supported on king.com anymore. Thanks I get it now lol so basically for over a year I have been playing a game on an old board that only goes to a certain level and thats it...I will play on microsoft edge and get it from there,the new version is a lot better than the old board as there are more prizes on offer thank you for your reply

Levels are not syncing across devices - Edited by CM: Issue FIXED!
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
