I am getting multiple requests for lives (4 at a time) from the same person. They automatically reload as soon as I accept. It doesn't allow me to bypass or not accept.
This is now fixed and an update for this is being rolled out!
Please make sure to update the app to the version 1.71 that has been released on all devices.

If you play on Facebook or via the Windows app on a computer the game updates automatically. However, if you keep experiencing this issue on these platforms, then clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you play on Facebook. On Windows 10, please make sure the automatic updates for apps are enabled.
Hi guys!
The mailbox seems to have some chewing gum these days as you noticed. The Lives do not get sent, nor the messages will get cleared from the mailbox.
Some of you are able to send out Lives and requests, but they are not going through the system.
This is being looked into and a fix for this will come in a forthcoming update of the game.
I will post any updates on this and when this is fixed as soon as I hear anything from the Candy factory.

Can you guys please tell me which game you are having this issue in? Is the Candy Crush OR Candy Soda OR another game? What device are you using? Also, can you please provide a screenshot?

It seems to be a problem with the lives.
I send lives to my friends (I have 40 in the box,sometimes 10 or more from the same people) and 10 min later I always have the same number.
I don't know wat to do. The same problem by my friend.

I am having the same issue. I approve all of the lives but they wonāt go away. When I close the app and reopen, they are back in there again.
The messages from my friends asking me for lives are not deleted when I answer.Ā Now I have 17Ā

I am having the same problem. Everytime I play I have over 20 life requests but am rarely getting a life sent to me. I will send all the lives but I will play 20 minutes or so later and have the same thing. Multiple life requests from friends but they aren't sending them back to me. Been like this for a few days; definitely feels like a glitch.
If you logged on with your Facebook then your Facebook friends will only show on your and if their names keep popping up then they press the ask button that pops up everything requesting to send lives,If you ask for lives then they will receive your message and hopefully send a life that's the only way you get lives from your friends is if you ask nd they send but most of the time people won't send
I keep getting the exact same 13 requests for a life from the same three people in the exact same order multiple times per day and getting virtually no lives in return. I have even done a hard reset on my phone. No response to my requests for help with this issue. I used to have a lot of friends but now are gone from my game but I know they are still playing

It happens in Candy Crush Saga. As you can see in the screens shot below, there still are 19 messages (top on the left) even if I approved all the lives of my friends last time I was connected.

In the first screenshot: I agreed all the lives, so there is no more messages in the top. But when I disconnect and reopen Candy Crush, the 19 messages reappears (see 2nd screenshot).

There are some issues with Lives right now, and the solution is in the works.You don't have to do any troubleshooting checks, and wait a bit.
