Dear Sirs/Madams,
Candy Crush Saga, Candy Crush Jelly Saga, Candy Crush Friends Saga and Candy Crush Soda Saga need to have improvements and need to be an update-to-date games become I did not received any of the following ‘free items’ from in-game experience for such as; ‘free lives’, ‘free moves’, ‘free spins’, ‘special events’, and ‘rewards’ Please make ‘free items’, ‘special events’, and ‘awards’ available on my Kingdom account and on my device itself.
It has been weeks.

Unfortunately, your comments will never get you the votes here because the visibility isn't as high here as it is in the support area here. Regarding the freebies, please read this blog here. A third link that I want to give to you is the changes that are taking place in the game here. If you are saying that you haven't received "free" rewards from challenges/events that you have done then you need to report that in the support area. Closing this for now.
