Why can't I purchase anything in candy crush?

Cannot contact store in candy crush... can't purchase anything , can't use my gold bars. This has been going on for a few months. Getting frustrated. I normally use my Samsung. Tried it on my laptop and my tablet still doesn't work. Tried restarting, tried uninstalling and installing nothing works

Are you trying to buy Gold Bars or use the Gold Bars to buy Boosters or Extra Moves?
What exactly happens or goes wrong?
Do you get any error message?

I cannot use the gold bars I have and I can't access the shops to buy boosters or life. What is the issue?

@Aidex Hi and welcome, could be a connection issue, alhough there is also an issue which is being investigated.
Please check your game is up to date and clear the cache ,log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
If not while the game is open disconnect your internet for 30 seconds and then reconnect and see if this helps

This issue apparently hasn't been resolved, or it has cropped up again. I've done all of the knee-jerk fix attempts. Do you get that you guys are losing money?
