This survey is very important to me! I am a player who helps other players with their problems.
Some problems cannot be solved by the community and so the players are sent to customer service.
I often read that the players, like me, did not get any answers.
Now challenges are running to win boosters or gold bars. Unfortunately, I have not received anything from the challenges I won. Like this time again. Therefore I would like to know from you how satisfied or dissatisfied you are with this customer service that sends the automatic emails!
In my opinion, something could be improved there !!!

You have to remember @Spinnifix that there is a large amount of players that don't use the community, that will email in and the email sections have a vast amount to deal with. But if our community team dealt with everything, then they wouldn't have time to make exciting content for us.
If you don't get a reply, the advise is to email back via the support ticket. Not start a new one as many do.
And if you still don't, raise the issue with the CM letting them have the ticket number and then they can check progress.

there are also inquiries that cannot be found in the help center. It has nothing to do with progress. I know that many are not here either. Nevertheless, all inquiries must be answered. I have answered 3 times to an automatic email with the same problem. And it didn't work. There were a few gaps in between to react to it. I have already passed this problem on to a CM. Therefore I will not write there anymore because it is a waste of time and so I can do without the boosters and gold bars. It is easy on my nerves.

One should keep in mind if players fear they are ignored that they will stop playing. Is that the point? I do not think so. It doesn't matter whether they are outside the community or within the community. Players should all be treated fairly.

@Spinnifix , I sense your frustration when you do not get a response to an issue. I, too, have sent issues to the community team and community managers. Most recently, however, one of the community managers provided me a workaround to my problem when the technical team could not figure it out. So, we are not always ignored even though we are not getting a response as soon as we would like. You are an asset to this community, so stay with us and keep crushing it!
