I received an information a while ago where I was told they could not identify the problem. I can't find my problem right now but can you let me know by checking again?

I've restarted my PC. The app still isn't loading here, it keeps crashing. :(

I've tried numerous times uninstalling then installing, resetting and nothing is working yet.

Same here @Joanne5472 , and as we say in the Netherlands: "I'm gonna jump a hole in the sky" if this finally is fixed, and I find myself at level 7136, and I'm back on track again.
