I am currently on level 346 but my Facebook head keeps Staying on Level 340 and for that reason i can't unlock my giftboxes

Hi! I log in with my king account and then it restart from the level 1 (I was at lelel 400+)! I tried to log out and log in again and to restart the game but it's still on level 1! Please help!!
Gold bars have disappeared after updating game, how do I get them back? Makes me mad because all I did was update the app.
I am currently on level 245, but each time that I open the game, it defaults back to level 217. There are also 4 gift boxes starting with level 219 that have failed to open despite unlocking and passing each level. After I format my phone and reinstall the game and log in by the Facebook account, I found that the tools in my account was missing but the stage still sync and same, so how can I restore the tools next time when I format the phone again? Thanks
