Playing on a Kindle Fire. Was working fine earlier. I am upset to lose all my progress.
This is 2 separate issues. 1) All the levels 211-225 have consistently frozen up so that I often couldn't play an individual game for more than a few seconds at a time. Is there a way to let us choose when to use our bonus time? I keep winning the boxes with 2hr unlimited play but would rather save it until I have time to play! On candy crush you have the option to accept the bonus anytime you're ready
When I reinstalled the game and added the newest Adobe Flash Player, the game site told me I had to install it . the version being 11.5 something, and the newest version is 25. something. And the game still will not load the site screen is white with instructions at the top.
As well as only getting 1 point per fish instead of 10 in the last part of the tournament (gave up playing in the end, hopefully the striped candy one isn't the same), my gift boxes are not opening. Is there a glitch?

I have tried updating, restarting, beating the level again and it still doesn't work. This is very frustrating, please .help
I have past 3 gift boxes and have not received them. They are still on the level but it won't let me receive them.
I am already up to level 1018 but never received any of my rewards on the previous three levels that I stated above. They are still showing as available if I complete those levels. What do I do?
