wasn't playing for a while ...when i returned to playing i was at level 152....i have made purchases when i was on level 200 +...i really don't know what level exactly but i know was 200 and something ...i made purchases while on 200 plus level.

Why do I have my daughters game on my Facebook and the downloaded app?
I am on #1025 on Candy Crush Soda and I had an incident happen with Facebook and all of a sudden my game is gone and I've got my daughters game and she's on 2 something. I've tried uninstalling both game and Facebook and nothing has changed. I'm really frustrated with all this and I just purchased $99.99 worth of gold bars…

can't play on windows phone lumia 635
the app loads, the bonus works, but when I click the level I want to enter, it starts to load, then crashes. I have tried cleaning cache, verified updates and so, and it still does it. I happens since last game update! Please, let me know what can be done from my end, if anything! Thanks.

Holiday special package
I purchased the $9.99 holiday package that comes with 120 bars and like 4 pops. I only received 100 blocks! I'm not even sure if I received the pops because I'm not sure how many I had before. Please fix this ASAP! I have a screen shots and purchase proof if needed to show

Why did gold bars disappear without using them?
Over the last week, I notice that my gold bars disappear, 10 at a time, even though I have NOT used them. When it happened the first time, I thought maybe I had tapped "Play on", so I was extremely careful after that. I know I DID NOT tap it and my gold bars still disappeared. How come?????

Candy Crush Soda Holiday Sale
I only received 250 gold bars and 6 each of the two boosters. The sale indicated 284 gold bars and 7 of each of the two boosters. I bought this sale twice! Saturday and then again today. I thought I did not get everything the first time and gave it another try today. Please help me on this. Thanks
