why can i choose to compete to rule bubblegum hill when I'm logged in on my phone app but not when I'm logged into Facebook on my computer?
For the past week or so I have been asking fellow game players to help me unlock the next episode it is not working?? I get lives from them and that is not what I am requesting has anyone else had this problem and how do I solve it? It is so frustrating.
I finished number 45 and cannot get into next segment,this is the second time it has happened to me.It is Candy Crush Soda Saga.Can you help?
Treasure chest says you get treasure when you complete the level, but the level doesn't load.
Every time I get a sprinkle ball the game locks up and I lose the game and my life... Doesn't matter what device I'm on PC, Table, or phone. Still happens
The game is automatically deducting gold at a rate of 9 bars per day and giving me infinite lives. I want this to stop...I did not authorize this!!!! I need to know how to stop it or I need someone from King to stop it or my next step will be a call to my attorney...
I played Candy Crush Soda Saga Tournament and I finished it and I didn't get my pay! Neither the unlimited live, neither the Candy Crushers! I also mention that I used 9 Gold bars to finish level 5 and I also used 1 candy crusher bar at 3th level. This is unfair and not correct! Fix it!
I have had 2 updates (new levels) to upload but they will not download. I've tried deleting and reinstalling, turning off phone, connecting and disconnecting from Facebook ect PLEASE HELP! Love this game and WANT to play new levels! Stuck at level 645!
I didn't want extra moves, nor did I take the extra moves, yet I lost all my gold bars. Is there any way I can get them back? I did not press any buttons by mistake. Please can you stop offering the extra moves in such a way that is difficult to decline. I feel robbed!
I had been waiting for new levels and now I'm back at level one on my laptop through Facebook and it won't let me move ahead. My droid app seems fine.
