I'm stuck at 49 games for the last 15+ games!
I'm losing out rewards because the game counter in competition with other players is stuck on 49. It's been stuck for at least a dozen games. Ny previous winning tallies were in the 60's and now I'm falling back. How can I fix this?

Logging out
Someone on the discussion forum gave me the advice to log out of the game and log back in to fix an issue I was having. This task inadvertently caused me to lose all brogues and brought me back to board 1 , when I was long past 2200. Is there any way to retrieve my progress and reverse this terrible advice given?

Why do I have to redo levels I've already done after the new update?

I ordered from the store. and instead of giving me the item directly it sent it to some obscure place for download. I can't find it anywhere and there's no way to talk to anyone about it. I can't use the item and attempts to reorder are refused an ideas?
