Hey everyone,

Thanks again for all your feedback and for staying respectful.

The iteration we had was a work-around due to an unfortunate glitch, while the team kept working hard on a fix.

With that said, we have just managed to fix it and now you will be able to claim the throne as many times as possible. The event will still run for a day every day for the time being though.

I want to thank you all for the patience and to keep encouraging you to send feedback our way and help us make your experience better. I'll make sure we are here to read it and address it.

Hi everyone!

It looks like the pesky Bubble Gum Troll is at it again causing havoc! He has decided to temporarily change the rules and he now wants to keep his throne for longer and stop you getting his Sodalicious rewards.

What are the new rules?

You now have one chance a day to try to conquer the throne. Play the five levels to win the rewards. After crowning yourself, you will need to wait until the day after to have another shot at conquering it again.

You will not be able to sit in the throne multiple times a day. A king needs to rest!

If you have some questions around the new way the event will work for now, feel free to drop them in the comments. I'll do my best to answer each and every one of them.

Once again, thank you so much for being respectful around this and apologies for any inconveniences happening these days!

The issue around Bubblegum Hill has been proven to be a bit tricky. The event is for now gone and we are working on changes to it that will help tackle this situation.

I want to take the time to thank you all for staying positive and respectful, you are such a great Community! I'd also like to apologise in behalf of the studio and to let you know that we are working our hardest to make sure that the scenario is as optimal as possible.

Hopefully something can be done. When bubble gum hill shows up on weekends, I play a lot and stockpile a ton of lollipops. Haven't been able to do anything this weekend.

The entire game has issues I still do not even see bubblegum hill and I get a gift box and when I click on it it says oops unable to send gift now we will send it later. I hope all issues are resolved soon including access to the store, special events etc.....

I beat bubble gum hill, recieved one gold and when I went to go back in to recapture the throne, someone else was on the throne, yet all 5 levels were still checked and I'm unable to play. This has been for about 7 hours now

Mine stilllock since yesterday and i read a lot of comments here that said to reinstall but i am worry that i will lost all my lollipop. Hope you fix soon ans i see that some people have rewards from this stuck. How come i dont have?

Well I am still not getting bubble gum hill or any extra activities. Today I actually saw the gift box which I haven’t seen in weeks and thought great maybe the game is fixed, it was short lived asa message appeared oops we’ll get you your gift later something went wrong. So hopefully they are working on it and all will be back to normal soon?

Hi all,

Just make sure you have the game up to date. We are still monitoring your feedback but the fix should have been implemented. That doesn't mean that the issue is not reproducing again, but it's unlikely. In the event that this is the case, please, by all means, come here and let us know. We will investigate, as always.

Checked for updates on IOS. No updates since Nov 27 in updates in App Store. I’ve done all the recommended cache clearing and restarts.
Still frozen. Hate to be repetitive but you did ask us to let you know.

In my case, App version on Android went from 1.128.2 to 1.129.2 - so that you may check your own version. As far as I can tell, the issue is completely fixed in this version (running for the 5th throne right now).

Possibly this problem- at least for me - might have something to do with checking in on two devices when I open games each morning. I can now play on my iPhone but not my iPad. I will experiment again tomorrow by checking into only my iPad game.

I think it’s because there is no update voor IOS yet. Are you able to play multiple times on your phone? For me , this morning it was working for like 6 times. Hopefully we have an update tomorrow...

I was able to play multiple times on my phone - it’s just not the device I like to play and collect my boosters with.

Hi everyone!

In order to have the latest version of the game, make sure you are playing Candy Crush Soda Saga on 1.129 (which was released on Monday afternoon CET). If you have that version (regardless of the platform you play on) you should be able to win it multiple times during one single event.

If my IOS version is still 1.128.2. - which was the Nov 27 th update - is it possible the new update hasn’t been released to everyone yet? My updates are automatic but I have checked in the App Store to be sure. I have been repeatedly playing this morning with no problem so far but I made sure not to check in to the game on my phone- only playing on my iPad.
