All levels on bubblegum hill check off. Cannot play

Glad that bubble gum hill still exists, I play Candy crush soda. It has not shown up for me for 2 weeks and I do not receive lives from friends nor can I send lives, in addition I can not use my coins to continue a level I receive a message the store is unavailable and today the message was the bubble gum troll is causing problems wit the game. I have written to support & received a response that was unhelpful as I had already done what was suggested, however I did it again and no results. It took 3 emails before I received a response that was not useful and they wanted to know how it went so I have let them know now I’ll see how long it takes

I wondered if it were somehow related to playing on more than one device. It had seemed that my oldest iPad still played fine, but on my iPad Pro the game told me I needed to retake the throne, but wouldn't let me. I have been locked out for days.

I have the game only on my phone and have been locked out since the last update
