Jelly cake/Special Candy match freezes the game when destroyed - FIXED!

I am sorry to hear that you are having issue in your game!!  There has been an issue/bug with Jelly Cake in the level(s) which popped out with Jelly Cake explosion.  But, no need to worry as it was taken care by our wonderful King Team.  

** If you are playing on an Android device and still facing the issue, make sure that you have installed the latest version 1.152.13!  If you go to "Google Play Store", you can see any available updates  

** If you are playing on iOS device, the team is still working on it, so I request you to please be patient!

If you have any further questions, please post them in this Main Thread where other players have wrote about the same issue.  Please head there for updates and also to post your comments!  This thread will be closed now to lessen the confusion and to keep all the comments in a single place!

My game freezes once all the colors are off the circle thing and it now reduces my bonus thing for what I start the level with I had all 5 and now only 2 cause its happened 3x

Its happening to me too! That's why I came to this site....happened 5x to me on level 647. If u find out and answer let me know

Me too! I can’t get past level 1182 because the circle thing explodes but freezes when exploding. So when I go out, I have to replay the same level, and it does it again. Been 2 days now, this hasn’t happened before. Has anyone found a solution?

I did! I found a post in another section...if u have android make sure you update the version to 152.13 (go to Google play store and itll let you do the update)...after I did that it worked fine.
If you have an iOS they said their 'team is still working on the issue' so hopefully u have a galaxy

Thanks Kimjoelle I found that section too. I’m on iOS so I’ll just have to sit it out.

IPhone, latest update & Level 1182 only the right side jelly cake freezes the entire screen. I’ve lost 6 lives, my lead in the race and 4 boosters. This is BS. Apparently I’m not the only sufferer. Please fix this issue ASAP and throw in some extra goodies because you have to do all these extras steps just to post a comment on here that this re-occurring issue is STILL HAPPENING.

I can’t pass level 937 because every time The colors of the purple circle end, it explodes and freezes. It’s happened more than 5 times

I am on level 937 experiencing the same issue. I am blowed because I had won some boosters for a limited time and was not able to use them because the game kept freezing. Have read through and gonna try to see of i have an update available for the game.

P.S:  I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team here so they can assist with your lost Purchased Items.  Please make sure you use the same email address associated with your game when contacting them, so they can locate your game records.

Level 941 freezing making me loose all my life’s and freezing for the last 2 or 3 days
