Why am I getting a message that says “tilt, rotate your device “ (Kimmy's Arcade)!

    Level 2

    I am able to play one game at the beginning of each day, then my iPad reverts to give me the “tilt, rotate your device “ message.  This is very frustrating!  What is the fix!

    This does not happen on my iPhone!

    This is certainly not working for me as intended!orking as intended for me!  I have changed my settings and rotation settings and still get a message, “tilt, rotate your device to play the arcade. Does anyone have a solution? Once in a while I can play a game, then it reverts back to the message. Frustrating!

    The only way to play the Arcade is on portrait. You can play the “normal” levels on landscape.

    I can’t play it on portrait or landscape. I get that message every time I try to play the game!

    @morsberger5, there might be an issue with this one and this has been reported to the studio which is currently investigating.

    Once we have news on this, we'll update the thread.

    I have uninstalled 11 times and the sreen is stuck eventually with TILT SCREEN. Is this the end of CANDY CRUSH SODA SAGA
