Mr. Toffee's Fair is not recognizing achievments
I chose the make 15 wapped candies task, and after a couple days, realized that although I had created many wrapped candies, it had only recognized two of them. So I stopped that task and chose make a coloring candy. I have now made a couple of those, and, again, these have not been recognized by Mr. Toffee. I think you have a bug. A

- can you please send us a screenshot so we can see the message you receive when you claim your rewards/ tick the tile?
- can you please tell us which device and app version (if you play on a mobile device) you're using?
- can you please check if you're connected to the Internet?

Hello @jd39 quite a few players are facing the issue where the quests completed aren't getting recognised by the game. Hopefully the studio should fix the connection issues soon for all of us ๐ค

Could you please tell me your ID number?
Unfortunately, the ID number cannot be found on the King.com PC.
Please this one more: Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache.

Welcome to the community. First check that your game and device have the latest updates. Slow internet can also cause this issue. It could be your end or the game server. The game has internet connection issue right now.

Why does everything else seem to work fine with the internet connection but not any damn quest!

@jd39 Hi and welcome, This Feature has been experiencing some problems regarding the collection of features. the issue is known and is being worked on. Hopefully this will be soon.
All you can do at the moment, is keep your game up to date also if you play via an internet browser clear the cache and then log out and restart your device, log back in and see if this solves your issue, Irf not you may need to wait till a fix has been implemented

How do I know the studio didn't give me the damn quests to play. I'm the master at toffee's fair and BGH. Well just toffee's fair now cause no BGH since beginning of the year. ๐๐คฃ๐
