I have noticed that I have not been able to load Candy Crush Soda Saga - all the other games are OK. When will this be fixed please?

Hello again, I am afraid the problem is back, the game can't download again today. I read your answers in some other similar threads, checked my laptop and I have way above 2 gb of free space but the game just won't load. Some of the players attached a photo of their semi-downloaded game and I have the same image when I open my CCSS. I hope it'll be fixed soon. Thank you.

@Cmbprb Hi and welcome, The issue is under investigation, but we have no time frame on a fix for this a present, but hopefully it wont be to long
If you are on a windows 10 PC you can download the app from the microsoft store and you should be able to play via this until the fix ix implemented

Hello everyone.
As @Freddy_Falkner has posted, Win 7 is no longer supported. Which was over a year ago, ended on *January 14, 2020. Not certain if you understand what that means, as far as gaming or anything else you might do on the web.
No *Security Patches, no *OS Patches, *No Internet or *Web Patches, etc... It means you are wide open to any hacker out there. In addition, when Microsoft Support, stops supporting a OS, so does everyone else, including gaming companies. It might be immediately, or gradually, over a limited period of time. But it will end. Since it is Win 7, & the support ended over a year ago, the odds are, that no one is supporting this *OS in the gaming community, meaning any game. Or, perhaps a few might be, for a little while.
While I certainly enjoyed Win 7 Ultimate, when it was released, once a *OS's support ends, then it is time to move on to the next *OS, or in this case Win 10, especially since it is or was *Free. More importantly, with it comes support.
While we may have a download issue, due to the Servers at King, you have a worse problem with a non-supported OS. With no *Patches for anything, there is no way to help you on any game issue. Your *OS is now faulty. No way to know if it is the game or servers causing an issue, or your *OS failing you on either downloads or running the game correctly.
It might work on some games, but count on it, it will fail in the future, when support is removed from it by the gaming company, that put out the game.
So it is advised, that you update to a current *OS, either Win 10, or any other current *OS that King supports.
