Let's try and understand what's going on first. Would you mind providing more infos?
- Did you use the same email address for the Facebook account and King account when you try to create a King account?
- Did you use a email address for your King account that is different from the email address used in FB account?
- Do you happen to play other King games beside Soda? If that's the case, did you use the same FB account for them as Soda? or did you use a different account for these other games before this account transfer situation came up?
- As for your devices, can you tell me the make and models of your devices on which you play Soda?
- Are you having any issues with the one device that you used to move to a King account?

I am unable to log in to my King account on my iPad since I got the notice about needing to move away from Facebook. I have had a King account for years, but when I try to log in to that on my iPad it says there is a connection error and to try again later. I didn't have the issue when logging in from my phone and also logged into the regular Candy Crush on my iPad without a problem. My iPad iOS is updated, so is the app, and I have force-closed everything, rebooted and tried again multiple times. (using the same email on FB and King). Seems that there are others having the same challenge. Would deleting the game and reinstalling fix it? I'm on level 8509 and this is really frustrating.

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, nothing is working. I was hopeful your turn off/on Wifi suggestion would help, but it didn't. I've already tried everything from that main thread to no avail. I have been synced to FB for years, but also have a King account. If I try to log in through FB, it doesn't connect and goes back to the log in window. I try to enter my King account info and it gives me the no internet connection message. Not sure why it's an issue on my iPad but wasn't on my phone.

From what I understand, there are 2 things going on here. The account migration and the "there was a connection error, try again in a bit" message
Let's start from the first possibly, so no matter what happens, your progress is saved.
Is Soda app on your phone showing the same error message as your ipad?
Were you able to successfully follow the in-game guide and move from Facebook account to a King account on Soda app in your phone? do you have a problem with logging out and in to your King account in your phone? Are you able to play normally there?

I have been able to play fine on my phone. When I got the notice on that about moving away from FB I followed those instructions and didn't have a problem. But, I'm attaching screenshots of what it says on that log in window... still looks like it's attached to FB to me, so now I'm not sure what's going on. And I haven't logged out, because I don't want to start back at Level 1. On my iPad, it won't allow me to play through FB at all. And that's where the King/no internet connection pops up.
