I don't think I ever had a king.com login as I always used facebook to login. O

Thank you. Just to be clear, my screenshots were from my phone where I'm able to play without issue. It just looks like it's still connected to FB to me, which I didn't think was even possible anymore, and I went through the steps to move away from it and logged into my King account. On my iPad is where I'm unable to play. There, it won't allow me to connect to FB and won't accept my King log-in, telling me there is no internet connection and try again later. (Sorry if you already got all that. I just think it's all a little confusing!)

I have a question happen to the video offers to get free moves and the thing were you tick the titles and also the thing were you pass so many levels I would like get all that back it all went away after I transferred my account over from Facebook to King. Com please help me

Well, I've followed all steps but can't migrate my progress to King servers... When I get to step 3 it says process can't be done... What to do in that case?

@mel155 I understand. I passed your case to the Studio and they are investigating it
@Kimberli_Hutton I don't really understand what are the "things" you miss in your game. I'm gonna suppose that you mean the feature "4in a line" and some other features. I don't think those have anything to do with the transfer, but I will still pass it to the Studio, see what they say about it
