    Any chance of a make up?  I only got 2 hours worth and am really sad I didn’t get a chance to earn more gold and hammers.

    And it starts again with the new game.  I got to play twice and it’s frozen.  I am asking again for an update from support.  If this is something new - and it’s being done on purpose - please let us know. If it’s a glitch please let us know.  Any kind of update would be appreciated.

    I have STRIPE game as well-37 hours remaining. 😝 
    I’m one ticket (hard level) away from special bonus offer so I’m not playing at all until BGH is fixed!

    game freezes on bubblegum machine screen and I don't get prizes....have to exit game and return....also not able to send lives or get them from friends

    The fact that it's been days since we have gotten any sort of update on a resolution to the BGH glitch or even an announcement that it's still being worked on, is absolutely ridiculous.
    Not to sound rude but King's customer service at this point is not very good! 
    At the very least they should acknowledge all of our complaints/concerns....
