Is it Candy Soda or some other game? And what device are you using to play the game?

Can you please explain more about the issue? I understand that you would like to save your level progress in the game...

But what do you mean by no connection between King and Facebook? When you said "my compte" -- is it "your computer"?

Hi @amyjoy1983 Some times it happened to me too. What I do is just refresh the game or sometimes I go offline and play the game then later on online again...Sometimes its work sometimes not.

For some a few days now I've not had internet connection from Candy Crush Soda Saga on my PC.

There's an option to connect with facebook but that doesn't connect either.

Do you have any ideas how to resolve this issue please without loosing where I am?
