Why am I getting no internet connection when trying to play arcade, but I've collected my daily booster and am able to play title quest

I am sorry to hear this. Did you do the troubleshooting? 👉 provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

Trying to log on to Candy Crush Soda Saga and it’s telling me I have no internet connection when I am connected. I’ve tried everything except deleting my CCSS app. I’m afraid to do this. I don’t want to lose everything. I don’t want to start over. Im on level 59?? I’ve tried contacting customer service and they keep telling me things to do that I’ve already done. They keep telling me to send them screenshots. I’ve done that! This is so frustrating!! Can anyone help me?

Update! My Kimmy’s Arcade is working again 🎉🎉 I didn't do anything special and I happened to see the exclamation point on the icon.
Hi! I can't access kimmy'arcade. Although my wifi is connected and i receive other boosters, when i try to open kimmy's arcade icon it says "no internet connection.try again later". I restarted my phone, i reinstalled ghe application but i stil have the same problem. Do you know any solution?

@Lola_Pop Everything works fine, internet connection is very good, game and device latest updates (although the game update on apple device always comes Thursday). As you can see, the exclamation point on Kimmy's Arcade misses what you get when you can play for free and at MR Toffee Fair there is an exclamation point. So connection is fine. Cleared cache logged out and logged into game, iPad rebooted, nothing helps.
This may be a temporary problem and an investigation is under way to determine the cause of the problem.

I am online but keeps telling me that I'm.nit connected to the internet which I am, I'm writing here and Netflix....is there a problem or update? If anybody else having this issue, is there a way to get it activated again?

But first please check the following to make sure that your connectivity is as good as it gets.
What can affect connectivity:
- If you're commuting
- If the area were you're located is not remote
- if you are on VPN
- If your mobile data plan has reached the monthly allowance
These are the recommended steps which have helped many players:
Android - Delete the game app and clear Google Play Store cache:
1) Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings'
2) Locate the menu called 'Apps'
3) Scroll down till you find the 'Google Play Store'
4) From here click on 'Clear data' then clear cache.
Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - not to worry, it's just a reset.
5) Restart mobile and install the game and try connecting it to Facebook or King account.
Apple devices - Clear Safari cache:
- Disconnect the game from Facebook or King account (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari (Super important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/ King account so your progress can sync.
Windows 10 - Reinstall the game app:

Facebook:
- Try the steps here.
NOTE! Deleting the game app will mean that you will lose any saved boosters, lives your progress made on the Daily Bonus and other extra features.
Player Support will only be able to replace any lost purchased items and if this happens to you, please contact our support team directly from the game app:
- Open the game app
- Select the cogwheel
- Tap on the "?" mark
- Scroll or search for "Purchases and Gold Bars"
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit "Contact Us"

How can I connect to play Kimmy's arcade? I am able to access all other areas including the store so I know I am connected but Kimmy's are paid says no internet connection. I have tried logging in and out several times and still have the same issue how can I fix this?

I have a Samsung Galaxy and I am having the same problem. I uninstalled, reinstalled and even cleared the cache on my app. Still no exclamation icon and still getting the no internet message.
