Hello @handeceylan and welcome to our Sodalicious King Community. I am sorry to hear you are having this problem. Are you referring to Bubblegum Hill? Did you win? If you did how long were you 'King of the hill'? The longer you are - the better the prizes.
It appears that other players have been experiencing this issue and the studio is aware of of it and working on it. You can read more about it here.
