Level 1
When joining teams to collect green candies I am not getting the reward. It shows the message "claim reward" but I don't get the option to claim. This has been happening for months.
I have lost count now how many times I completed the daily bonus but never once have I got the final bonus and the board skips straight back to day one. Why are King cheating the players and not giving us the reward for the loyalty of playing daily?
As I've said I have not been getting all my bonuses in the game. I seldom get the daily bonus and have rarely got my quest bonus despite completing the quest.
I contacted King Care about not receiving all my daily gift nor the boosters that I had earned from completing various challenges. I'd firstly like to know why I have not been rewarded with the boosts I have spent time earning and why King Care can't be bothered to reply?
I completed level 1110 and got 3 stars at farm club but didn't get my reward. When will I receive it?
I have contacted you several times asking when my boosts would be returned. The first reply I got said that you were dealing with it and would give me some gold bars while you dealt with it. I never got the gold bars nor have any of the boosts been returned. Can you please tell me if you are going to return the boosts…
I have no idea how long it has been since I have had any new levels. What makes it worse is having the choo choo game come up but I can't play it to reach the road block as I've no levels to play. This means I can't earn any boosts. My game is up to date so please release something I can play.
I have been trying to play Farm Heroes but the game crashed and now it won't load at all. It's hard enough to play without all the issues we are having.
Since the day the daily reward started I have never once got the final reward for completing the last box on the board. Why do I never get it?
I had saved several boosts but they have all disappeared. I did not use them so where did they go and how do I get them back?
